健康亮起了红灯。。肥胖, 月经不调，激素(hormone)失调。。要减肥了。。只能吃菜。。只能喝白开水。。 @.@  没办法。。:(

为什么！要在假期开始！那么多好吃的想要去吃！ :(

只好极力地压抑自己。。劝自己不要那么馋嘴。。 为了以后。。为了以后能做个能生育的女孩子~ 为了以后能穿美美的衣服~ 最重要！为了健康~~



我要瘦。加油！以后能爱女生得更自由。。以后努力赚钱可以到处去游玩。。可以到韩国色诱韩国人来做我情人。。 hahaha!! XD  是时候加油了~  加油！加油！加油！
